PURCHASING ONLINE
Online transactions are processed through eWay, our payment gateway for credit card payments.
eWay provides safe and secure online transactions. Your credit card details are not stored on our website and are provided by you directly to our payment provider.
If you purchase a book from our website and the book is no longer available/ in stock, you will be contacted and we will provide a full refund, this includes the full price of your order and any shipping costs you have paid.
DELIVERY
Your orders are shipped by Australia Post.
Postage times may vary, but generally it takes 2-10 business days for parcel post to arrive and 1-3 business days for express post. This applies for packages being delivered anywhere in Australia.

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation via email containing your order details. Orders will be dispatched within 2 days. We aim to pack your orders in a way that will avoid any damage in transit.

Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind about your purchase so please be careful when purchasing.
