Now we've designed a cookbook that won't make you feel as if you're on a diet. The meals have been carefully planned so that you can steadily lose weight without feeling deprived and all you'll gain is energy and a sense of well-being. There are about 200 recipes in the book, each made to serve 4, and half of these are main courses with the majority being below 1255 kilojoules (300 calories). Also included are soups, entrees, side dishes and enticing desserts so that you can easily plan meals for the family or for a dinner party. 


As well as recipes for those keen to lose weight, we have considered non-meat eaters, cholesterol watchers and those on salt-reduced diets.
